A word from Chef Jacqueline: 

Baking with innovation is my passion.

Cakes and pastries have always played an integral part of my life. In addition, creativity for me is much more than just a skill to list on your resume: I believe it’s a way of life.

Having been based in Europe for the past six years, I have had the opportunity to benefit from the innovative culture and translate the inspiration gathered into my own recipes. I spent countless hours researching and perfecting recipes, successfully formulating my own sugarless, eggless and gluten free recipes, which include bread, muffins, pastries, rolls, cakes, and cupcakes, among others.

As my customer base for cake orders grew, I started conducting baking workshops, specialising in healthy bakes, vegan bakes, and sugarless bakes catered specially for kids. Floral buttercream piping is another one of the most popular classes among my students.

With my reputation growing, European cafes started approaching me with requests to conduct lessons for their in-house pastry chefs and bakers on, inter alia, floral buttercream piping; Asian chiffon cake (aka Pandan Cakes); and bread (including those for special dietary restrictions). At their request, I also revamped their menus, in particular their layout and selection of pastries, helping them to increase their pastry sales by a handsome margin (one of the cafes which approached me is the popular Café Impala Coffee in Berlin).
