They’re soft and fluffy on the outside, with a refreshing centre on the inside, made all the sweeter and memorable by the process through which they were put together. Join Chef Jesslyn as she guides you through a macrons masterclass and bring home your cute in-class creations.

In this class, you will: 
  • Master the skill of making macarons ( Swiss Method )
  • Learn the proper macaronage skill
  • Pipe the unicorn characters’ macaron shells
  • Make a dark chocolate ganache buttercream 
  • Learn how to pipe with royal icing
  • Learn how to handle gold dust powder and paint
  • Get tips on creating templates for your future character macarons

You will receive: 
  • 14-16 pcs of macarons 
  • Macaron shell recipe 
  • Dark chocolate ganache buttercream recipe
