Macarons have all the characteristics of a good time, and these adorable macarons certainly live up to that. They’re soft and fluffy on the outside, with a refreshing centre on the inside, made all the sweeter and memorable by the process through which they were put together. Join Chef Jesslyn as she guides you through a macrons masterclass and bring home your cute in-class creations.
In this class, you will:
- Master the skill of making macarons ( Swiss Method )
- Learn the proper macaronage skill
- Pipe the unicorn characters’ macaron shells
- Make a dark chocolate ganache buttercream
- Learn how to pipe with royal icing
- Learn how to handle gold dust powder and paint
- Get tips on creating templates for your future character macarons
You will receive:
- 14-16 pcs of macarons
- Macaron shell recipe
- Dark chocolate ganache buttercream recipe
- Template set
