Weekly Recipes - Tomato Basil Juice


Tomato 2 pcs
Spinach 2 cups
Lemon 1 pc
Basil 4 springs
Ice Optional


1/ Cut tomatoes into smaller pieces for easier blending. 
2/ Place all ingredients into the blender except lemon.
3/ Squeeze lemon to let the juice out.Top off the blender with ice.
4/ Blend finely. 

Tomatoes are rich in vitamin C, this will boost the body’s absorption of iron which is found in leafy greens like spinach.
