INGREDIENTS

Cucumber 2 cups
Swiss chard leaves 6 pcs
Spinach 2 cups
Celery 2 cups
Green Apple 1 cup
Ice Optional

 

METHOD
1/ Cut cucumber, green apple and celery into smaller pieces for easier blending. 
2/ Place all ingredients into the blender. Top off the blender with ice.
3/ Blend finely. 

BENEFITS
Swiss chard is rich in bone strengthening vitamin K along with the iron from the spinach which is easily absorbed by the body thanks to the vitamin C from the apple.
