Weekly Recipes - Cucumber Coconut Juice

INGREDIENTS

Cucumber 1 cup
Green apple 1 cup
Honeydew ½ cup
Coconut water 1 cup
Turmeric ½ tsp
Ice Optional

 

METHOD
1/ Cut cucumber, green apple and honeydew into smaller pieces for easier blending. 
2/ Place all ingredients into the blender. Top off the blender with ice.
3/ Blend finely. 

BENEFITS
Cucumber is rehydrating while coconuts contain electrolyte potassium and the turmeric reduces inflammation.
