Weekly Recipes - Blueberry Pomegranate Juice

INGREDIENTS

Blueberries 1 cup
Red Grapes 1½ cup
Celery 3 stalks
Pomegranate seeds 1 cup
Ice Optional

 

METHOD
1/ Cut celery into smaller stripe for easier blending. 
2/ Place the celery, red grapes, pomegranate seeds and bluberries into the blender. Top off the blender with ice.
3/ Blend finely.

Rich in flavonoids and polyphenols that may reduce oxidative damage caused to the muscle by exercise. It will also keep your cholesterol in check.

BLEND IN A WORKOUT
Simply rotate your arms in a small circle keeping your shoulders down. These simple exercises will strengthen your back, shoulders, biceps and triceps. Throw in some push-ups after that to strengthen your core as well.
