Terms and Conditions:
- Registration is on first come first serve basis.
- Complimentary classes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, extension is strictly not allowed.
- Only 1 pax is allowed for each complimentary class, a fee of $35 is chargeable for any additional pax.
- There will be no cancellation OR changes allowed upon confirmation and/or 2 weeks prior to scheduled class.
- For any cancellation/changes to class registration, a 2 weeks’ notice is required. Failing which, complimentary entitlement and payment made will be forfeited.
- Original invoice/receipt must be uploaded upon registration to be entitled for one-time complimentary class.
- Mayer Marketing Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the schedule of or cancel an event.

Chef Profile
Chef Lance is our in-house trainer with plenty of experience in the F&B industry at various established hotels, restaurants, and cafes. Specializing in pastries and the culinary arts, he graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with a Bachelor of Professional Studies in culinary arts management and since 17 years old has been developing his technical and management skills in this highly competitive and demanding industry. Despite his promotion to the position of head chef of Eaglewings group, in 2020, he left this position behind in pursuit of his passion for teaching students his craft and attained his ACLP certification and now ploughs his trade at Kenko Academy, innovating new cakes and pastries to and spreading his invaluable skills and experience to new students.
Chef Vincent is the latest addition to our team and is a specialist in pastries, tarts, and cakes. He studied in Taiwan Yuanpei University in his formative years and achieved a diploma in pastry and baking. Despite his tender age, he has been a pastry chef for multiple organizations like Marina Bay Sands, Sky on 57 restaurant and Eaglewings group. However, his passion still lies with teaching and is now a pastry chef/trainer at Kenko Training Hub spreading his knowledge and culinary experience to new students.
