Weekly Recipes - Blueberry Banana Green Tea Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

Water 3 tbsps
Green tea sachet 1 bag
Frozen blueberry 2 cups
Banana 1 piece
Soymilk 1 cup
Honey 2 tbsps

 

METHOD
1/ Boil water until steaming hot. Add green tea bag and allow it to be brewed 3 minutes. Remove green. tea bag. Pour and stir honey into tea until it dissolves.
2/ Combine frozen blueberry, banana, and soymilk in blender.
3/ Add green tea into blender. Blend until smooth. Pour smoothie out and serve.
